  Beautiful hotel and very attentive staff. However, the lack of evening entertainment and high hotel prices forced us to go elsewhere for food, drinks and entertainment . The hotel should really try and rectify this as it is missing out.

  Balcony's give views of either the pool or river (as ours did), or both in some cases. We were initially given a room that had none of these views, which was rectified with a herculean effort on our part, as there quite a bit of reluctance on the part of the reception staff. We almost opted to stay at another hotel, as this is not an ideal after a choppy ferry ride and a drive, or expected as repeat customers who actually requested room specifics while booking!!

  The only negative I found on this occasion (apart from reception issue) was noise. Now I suppose this depends heavily on the individual, hence me not noticing any noise on other visits here, but stomping feet on the bare floor gets transmitted through to the room below and isn't pleasant when they are particularly active. We also heard loud music from the room next door, but I do feel any noise from rooms is more to do with cheap last minute deals, rather than anything else.

  Beautiful hotel, very clean, good food, but far too quiet. No evening entertainment and the place is just dead. Drinks are very very expensive too, but perhaps the norm for a 5 star hotel.

  Excellent 5 star contempory hotel. We've been visiting this hotel since it was built, and its style and no expense spared luxury is still as impressive as our first visit 12 years ago. The rooms are varying decent sizes, but all maintain the same high level of furnishings and finish, with a calming comfortable feel. The bathroom in our latest room is massive with double sinks, power shower and bath. Storage space is brilliant, with nice deep shelves and drawers, and plenty of hanging space. The TV is slightly small given the size of the room, but that really is a minor issue.

  In a quiet residential area of Santa Eulalia called Siesta, the hotel is perfectly located next to Ibiza's only river, with the centre of Santa Eulalia within walking distance. If you want to explore more of Ibiza, and a hire car isn't an option, you can get to places such as Ibiza town for 3.5 euros on the local bus service.

  I have to say the staff are all great, but the lady who cleaned our room was fantastic, she was always smiling and kept our room immaculate.

  The food is excellent, as good as if not better than any cruise or hotel we've experienced. All dining is buffet, which gives a nice casual and relaxed feel, although any dress code is sadly ignored by many. Breakfast is an outstanding array of food and drink, both hot and cold. The choice is amazing, with the best of produce available. You really have everything possible here, allowing you to put together your preferred breakfast, from a selected choice of cold fish and ham, cereal with a range of milks, to range of perfectly cooked hot food. The experience at dinner is equally as good, with a great choice of hot and cold food and desserts, all presented with great effort. All staff are very attentive.
